This beautiful very popular Villa features two bedrooms with two king-size beds, two and a half bathrooms with two Jacuzzi tubs, a terrace with a plunge pool, a separate private deck, a gourmet kitchen, two living areas with sleeper sofas, and four TVs. PRESIDENTIAL 1, 2, 3 BEDROOM VILLAS
These exclusive units are in the best location on the resort, being the closest to the beach. Automatic access to the exclusive Punta pool. These villas have 1 or 2 kitchens, 1 or 2 balconies with plunge pools, en-suite bathrooms. 2 master bedrooms with king size and Jacuzzi tubs. 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds. TV’s throughout. Extra ½ bath and pull-out sofa beds in living rooms. Occupancy is up to 10 adults and 4 kids, depending on size.
